How was your experience as a Forever Soles bride?

I had the best time finding my wedding shoes! I actually found my shoes before I chose my dress! I fell in love with them immediately and knew I had to have them!

Which shoes did you wear for your wedding?

The Passion Heels in Ruby!

What was your favourite thing about your shoes?

I mean…. THEY’RE VELVET RED!!! Haha but they were honestly so incredibly comfortable! Our wedding was all outside in a beautiful garden so I knew that my shoes had to be comfortable. They stayed on the entire day and I didn’t even consider taking them off.

How did you and your husband meet?

I first saw Tim on Facebook when I VERY platonically asked him where he got his iPad stand from haha The conversation effortlessly continued and through a lot of scrolling, we realised that Tim was the one to ask me out for coffee haha I thought he was oh so handsome and generous when he took me to his car to selflessly promote his Wolf and Willow EP stating that ‘Don’t worry, cute girls don’t have to pay’ hahahaha

How long have you been together and how did he propose?

Tim and I have been together roughly 4 years! I had no idea about the proposal. He had me believing that he hadn’t starting looking at rings or anything. We went camping with friends and as we walked out of a cafe in Barwon Heads, Tim’s dads old school ‘    ‘ was parked where we had left our van. He drove me to the beach and as we walked around a rocky corner, there sat a picnic with chocolates, fruit and flowers. He asked me to reach into the picnic basket for the ‘cork screw’ and there was a pretty, white ring box. I was crying so much I forgot to say yes hahahaha but it was a huge YES!

What is the most amazing thing about your man?

I love Tim’s honesty and drive. His passion for life and the way he loves Pearl (our squishy bulldog) and I. He is one of the most understanding people I’ve ever met. He will never complain about anyone

Who created your gorgeous gown?

My gown was created by the amazing Love Honor Bridal and the stunning girls at The Bridal Atelier helped me find this dream dress!

How would you describe your wedding in one word?

So ‘Us'

What is your favourite memory from your wedding?

It seems like such a blur and went way too fast! My favourite moment was seeing Tim at the end of the aisle. We both work in the wedding business, Tim as a full time musician and myself as a musician and a florist. It was so special to be on the other side and walking to MY future husband.

Where was your wedding located? What made you choose this location?

Our wedding was at the stunning ‘Garden at Broughton Hall' @thegardenatbroughtonhall. The venue is located in Gippsland, where Tim and myself both grew up. We fell in love with the effortless beauty of the property. David and Phillip have created an Alice in Wonderland like space with endless birch forests, wild flower wonderlands and so much more! Being a florist, it was my absolute dream to create in this space.

You're a wife now! How does it feel to finally tie the knot?

Very surreal, but amazing! I feel like the luckiest person in the world to make such an amazing commitment to the man of my dreams! It’s going to take some time to get used to the new last name though haha

Where did you go on your honeymoon?

We went to the beautiful Whitsundays! First to Hamilton Island, then Long Island

Any advice for our brides-to-be?

Remember to take a second away with your hubby. Step back from all the craziness and just admire the amazingness of the day!
