The Emotion heels are a comfortable fit for a regular width foot. Please check the inner sole measurements against your own foot measurements to help select the ideal shoe size for you. If you have a wider foot please size up. Keep in mind this design has a almond shaped toe which means you should find the inner sole measurements slightly longer than your own foot measurements. We recommend wearing the shoe around prior to your special occasion to help soften the leather.

After selling many pairs of shoes to our customers we feel the best way to select the right shoe size is to select the size you normally wear in similar shoes. MEASURING YOUR SHOE SIZE
The best way to find out your shoe size is to accurately measure your foot. You can do this by following these simple steps:
Place your foot on a blank sheet of paper standing with the edge of the paper hard up against a wall.
1. Mark down the front of your biggest toe and the back of your heel on the paper. Make sure you measure both feet and get the largest size.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT OUR SIZING
The individual product pages will show the exact inner sole measurements of each shoe. It is good to compare this measurement to your foot measurement to make sure you will fit the length of that particular design. If a style runs small or large, this information will be noted in the description section of each product.
We work hard to keep our sizing consistent, but shoe fit depends on a number of different factors, including your foot width and shape. Please remember to size up if you have a wider foot.
Unfortunately we do not offer half sizes, so you will need to either choose a bigger or tighter fit if you are in-between sizes. You can always buy gel cushions to help support your feet in the shoes, or if your shoes are too tight... they may just take a few days to wear in before the leather moulds and stretches around your foot. All our heel heights are listed in the description of the product page. We have designed our shoes with extra cushioning in the base of the shoe to add more comfort. This is always important for us because we know how awful it can be standing up for a long day in shoes that hurt you.

We use Australia Post and DHL Express for the most reliable services.

Once your order ships, you can use your tracking number to find updates via these websites. The responsibility is over to the purchaser to track and follow up with delivery if the timeframe has been exceeded:
Regular: Free shipping Australia wide for all orders over $200.
Delivery within 2-8 business days. WA and TAS may take longer.
Express: Delivery within 1-4 business days.
Please note: Express (Australia Post) orders will be redirected to your local Post Office if your address is unattended at the time of delivery.

Customs/Import taxes for international orders
All international customers are responsible for the customs duties and taxes within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Forever Soles ships International parcels with the invoice attached to the outside of package for customs purposes. We need to declare the full dollar value on international shipments. Unfortunately we cannot put a lower value on the parcel.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties, the item(s) will be returned to us and the order will be refunded excluding return shipping fee and original shipping fee.
Liability for lost or damaged goods
