What postal service do we use?
We use Australia Post and DHL Express.
Being a bridal shoe company, we believe it's paramount to provide peace of mind with the best possible delivery service that offers the safest shipping for your beautiful quality products.
Once your order ships, you can use your tracking number to find updates via these websites. The responsibility is over to the purchaser to track and follow up with delivery if the timeframe has been exceeded:
We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our office hours are 9am to 3pm. We are a small business located in a remote area. All orders are dispatched from our East Ballina location. We will work as quickly as possible to get your order out.

FREE shipping for all orders over $200.00.
Flat rate of $8.00 for all orders under.
- Delivery within 3-7 business days
Express (Australia Post) -
Flat rate of $15.00.
- Delivery within 1-5 business days (calculate delivery time from East Ballina here).
- Please note: Express (Australia Post) orders will be redirected to your local Post Office if your address is unattended at the time of delivery.
New Zealand - Flat rate of $15.00 (DHL Express)
USA & Canada - Flat rate of $35.00 (DHL Express).
All other International locations - Quote will be estimated at your checkout (DHL Express).

Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard cost of postage.
Customs/Import taxes for international orders
All international customers are responsible for the customs duties and taxes within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Forever Soles will need to declare the full dollar value on international shipments. Unfortunately we cannot put a lower value on the parcel.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties, the item(s) will be returned to us and the order will be refunded excluding return shipping fee and original shipping fee.
Liability for lost or damaged goods
Please be aware, once orders ship, they will become the responsibility of receiver and you will need to get in touch with the shipping provider for more information; either Australia Post for domestic orders or DHL express for international orders.
Worried about what size to order? Don't be. If the fit isn't perfect, we'll be happy to arrange a return.
We offer a 30-Day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Sale items are excluded from refunds. (See more on sale items below)
Refund on full priced items must meet requirements:
- The original invoice/Order Number is provided as proof of purchase
- The item(s) is in original condition and original packaging, have not been damaged. Shoes must not be returned with worn soles – be cautious when trying on to prevent damaging leather soles. If soles are returned marked and not in re-sellable condition you will be contacted by customer service.
- Please make sure the tissue paper and little shoe bags are included in return to keep the shoe as safe in transit as possible.
Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
How to return your order
In order to return your item, please fill out the returns form provided with your order or download the form by clicking here making sure to include your original order number.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5 days, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account.
Please note return shipping is best sent via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery. Forever Soles take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, however you may email info@foreversoles to arrange the return of a sale item in exchange for a credit for our online store in the form of a coupon code.
We do not process exchanges. If you'd like to swap sizes, you may purchase another size/item online and we will happily provide a full refund for the original item once returned back to us, provided it is in its original condition, packaging, the original invoice is provided as proof of purchase and is returned within 30 days of delivery (please refer to Refunds and Returns information above).
We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your proof of purchase to email@example.com for further review. We have a 3 month faulty claim period. Please note, this excludes general wear and tear.
