If you have a narrow or standard-width foot, we recommend sizing down for the best fit. For maximum comfort, we suggest wearing your shoes around the house in the weeks leading up to your event to help soften the leather and mould them gently to your feet.
On the odd occasion when fit is amiss, we will exchange or refund without question.

Orders placed before 11am AEST are dispatched the same business day, anything after 11am is next business day. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

International Duties and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total at checkout.

USA Tariffs
Our beautiful products are manufactured in China, so any US tariff on Chinese goods will apply to our designs, even though they’re shipped from Australia.
The tariff depends on the value of your purchase and the postal carrier, and the rules seem to be changing constantly. Currently, we are guessing your tariff will be somewhere between 10% and 50% of the value of your purchase.
When your order arrives in the US you will be contacted to pay the relevant tariff. If you refuse delivery, the package will be returned to us and we will withhold a USD40 postage and handling fee from your refund.
Important Details:
- You, the customer, are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and fees required by your country's customs agency to release your parcel.
- Any customs-related fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to return the item.
- If a parcel is refused or customs fees remain unpaid, the package may be abandoned or returned to us. If the package is returned, an administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover additional shipping and processing costs.
We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an international order to ensure you're aware of any applicable charges.
Order Cancellations

Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.
Delivery disclaimer
- While we strive to meet estimated shipping timeframes, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are beyond our control. These delays may include tracking information not updating even when your order is en route.
- Peak periods and holidays may impact delivery times.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Responsibility for your order transfers to you upon receipt.
- Uncollected parcels redirected to the post office must be collected within 4-5 business days. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and a $20 return postage fee will apply. Refunds for uncollected items will exclude this fee.
