AUSTRALIAN RETURNS
If you change your mind, you have 30 days after receiving your order to get your initiate your return and pop them in the post. Items must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition – be cautious when trying on to prevent damaging leather soles.
Items purchased with a promotional discount code can still be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit (valid for 3 years) if returned within 30 days.
Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, as stated in our returns policy.
RETURN FEES
For refunds customers are kindly asked to cover the return postage cost. We will provide a return shipping label, and $15 will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGE
Simply place a new order for your preferred size, and return your original pair for a refund. This ensures you get your new shoes quickly and hassle-free!
Want to order and try on two sizes? Purchase two sizes and return whichever doesn't fit for a refund, even if purchased on sale. Please keep in mind return label fees are $15 per parcel.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- PLEASE make sure your name and the order number is provided somewhere on the parcel. Without this we cannot determine the sender.
- If soles are returned marked and not in re-sellable condition you will be contacted by customer service and a cleaning fee may be requested. This can vary in percentage cost depending on damage.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including tissue paper, swing tags, dust bags and shoe boxes. We need all shoe packaging back!
- Damaged boxes will be charged a $5 box replacement fee.
FAULTY ITEMS
We apologise if you receive anything that is less than perfect. We have a 3 month faulty claim period. Please note, this excludes general wear and tear. To arrange a return on a faulty, please access our returns portal below with photos so we can assist you in arranging your return.
