How long will my order take to be shipped?

Orders placed before 11 AM AEST are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be shipped on the next business day. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-Orders

If an item is listed as a pre-order, this means you can purchase and paid for it in advance. The estimated arrival date will be provided in the product description, and your order will be shipped as soon as stock arrives. Please note that if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. We do not split shipments.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work with an incredible team to pack and fulfil orders quickly. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. How are the shoes sized?

Our shoes follow standard shoe sizing, but sizing may vary between brands. We recommend selecting the size you normally wear in similar shoes (not sneakers!). For the best fit, measure your foot and check the sizing information on the product page. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

What if my shoes don't fit properly?

How much duty and taxes will I have to pay?

Customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. All international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes. Forever Soles declares the full value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs purposes. We cannot mark parcels at a lower value.

Forever Soles shoes and jewellery are designed in our East Ballina studio and manufactured by our trusted offshore partners. Each design goes through a rigorous quality and approval process, sometimes taking weeks or months to perfect. Our manufacturers are 100% accredited (SEDEX audited) and committed to ethical production, ensuring fair treatment of workers and support for their communities.

All products are carefully inspected for quality, wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a Forever Soles calico gift bag or box, and shipped in a protective mailer for safe delivery.
