PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. We are a small Australian business and to manage our returns as cheaply for you as possible from the USA we need your help!!

If you change your mind, you have 14 days after receiving your order to get your initiate your return and pop them in the post. Items must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition – be cautious when trying on to prevent damaging leather soles.

Full-price items can be returned for a refund, exchange or online store credit. Online store credit is valid for 3 years.

Sale items can be returned for an exchange or online store credit unless purchasing to try on for size (see Size Refunds below).

Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

RETURN FEES

USA customers need to arrange postage back to our Florida address shown below. You will need to cover cost of postage to this address. Please use a reliable postal service and keep your tracking number safe. Forever Soles cannot be liable if the parcel goes missing.

Please note: Once received at this address we will provide a refund minus $30 USD fee. This additional charge is the cost of return handling and getting the parcel back to our Australian warehouse.

SIZE REFUNDS

Want to order and try on two sizes? Purchase two sizes and return whichever doesn't fit for a refund, even if purchased on sale. 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • PLEASE REMOVE the original invoice from parcel packaging and clearly label the parcel with your name. 
  • PLEASE INCLUDE your name and order number somewhere inside the parcel for your return to be identified.
  • Shoes must not be returned with dirty soles– be cautious when trying on to prevent marking soles. If soles are returned marked you will be contacted by customer service and a cleaning fee will be requested. This can vary in percentage cost depending on damage. Please understand we need to keep shoes pristine for next customer.
  • Please make sure the tissue paper and little shoe bags are included in return to keep the shoe as safe in transit as possible. We need all shoe packaging back.
  • Please return the shoes as you opened them with buckles and clasps done up. 

FAULTY ITEMS 

We apologise if you receive anything that is less than perfect. We have a 3 month faulty claim period. Please note, this excludes general wear and tear. To arrange a return on a faulty, please access our returns portal below with photos so we can assist you in arranging your return.
