GABRIELLE & ALEXANDER
We had the pleasure of talking to Gabrielle about her wedding and what she loved most about marrying the man of her dreams.
What was the most challenging part of organising a wedding?
We had the wedding at our private property in a remote area of the Pennsylvania mountains. The morning of our wedding, the septic system got backed up and started flooding the house. My husband and his groomsmen spent all morning digging a huge hole in the middle of the field we were going to have our ceremony in so they could fix the septic system and replace the pipes (it didn't help that it was raining!). Once they got everything fixed, they covered the area with the platform for the live band. By the time I arrived the sun was shining and everything looked beautiful. I had no idea what had happened until after the ceremony!
She Moved Through the Fair
We had our siblings walk us down the aisle and give speeches during our ceremony to give us away. My brother and I have always been incredibly close, and in many ways he was the one who protected and raised me throughout my life. He gave a beautiful speech during our ceremony that meant the world to me. It was a moment I'll never forget.
I loved it! I was so excited when I discovered Forever Soles, and immediately knew I was going to be a Forever Soles bride. I was able to feel beautiful, unique, and comfortable on my wedding day. What more can a girl ask for?
Nope, except that I think his ring is a total turn on :)
Thank you Gabrielle for sharing your beautiful wedding with us! xx
