This shoe is best fitted for a narrow to regular width foot. If you are in between sizes or have a wider foot, please size up or consider an alternative style shoe. There will be a slight amount of give/stretch if you wear the shoe around prior to your special occasion.

On the odd occasion when fit is amiss, we will exchange or refund without question.

Standard shipping in Australia is a flat rate for all orders of:

$10 for one pair

$18 for two pairs 

$22 for three or more pairs

Express post is also available and will be calculated at checkout based on order weight.

USA & CANADA

International Express Delivery 3-6 business days. Costs calculated at checkout.

REST OF WORLD costs calculated at checkout. Shipped within 3-8 business days International Express.

Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are not refundable upon return.

    Unsure of sizing? Why not order and try on two sizes? Purchase two sizes and return whichever doesn't fit for a refund, even if purchased on sale. 

    Full-price items can be returned for a refund, exchange or online store credit. Online store credit is valid for 3 years.

    Sale items can be returned for an exchange or online store credit unless purchasing to try on for size.

    Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

    All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

      The most comfortable pair of heels I’ve ever worn

      So gorgeous! And soooo comfortable! I usually have to go a size 7.5 in heels as sometimes a 7 can be a bit tight, particularly at the toes, but these are so roomy and comfortable; I’m confident I’ll easily be able to wear them all night on my wedding night. Well worth the $ 💙

      OMG just stunning !!

      These shoes are just stunning so well made and super cute - bought for my wedding vow renewal next year and can’t wait to wear them !!

      I am usually a size EU 39 and after reading the advice on sizes I went up to a EU 40 they fit perfectly

      I bought the satin shoe bag to put them in the only blip was the adding the shipping costs and import tax to the UK - total cost £240 but this is not a criticism of Forever soles the shoes are divine just the extra taxes a total pain - just to make everyone aware of the additional costs
