I found Forever Soles on Instagram and kept looking at the photos. I knew I wanted blue velvet wedding shoes and mine were perfect
Which shoes did you wear for your wedding? What was your favourite thing about your shoes?
The Dove Heels in Blue velvet. I don’t wear heels often and these were comfortable and looked great. They were the same as pictures and not misrepresented.
How did you and your husband meet?
We met while living in London in a Wetherspoons bar.
How long have you been together and how did he propose?
We have been together 5 years this week. He proposed while on holiday in Bali with a turtle proposal rings.
What is the most amazing thing about your man?
He has the most genuine heart and smile. He is a very caring person. He’s my lobster.
How would you describe your wedding in one word?
Perfect
What is your favourite memory from your wedding?
Getting to the beach and then walking down the aisle. Seeing Ray at the end with a beautiful flower arch with so many bright colours. Was everything I wanted.
Where was your wedding located?
Bali - Nusa Dua What made you choose this location? Ray proposed in Bali and it’s somewhere we holiday often. We eloped just myself and Ray. No guests and it was completely stress free. The wedding planners were amazing all the fine details were literally as I sent from images we wanted.
Who created your gorgeous gown?
Zolotas in Perth. Boho style wedding dresses. It was a two piece skirt and top. They were great to deal with.
Are there any suppliers you would recommend to brides-to-be for that area?
Flowers and details organised through our Bali Wedding Planner Widi from Bali Moon Wedding. Every detail we sent them from hair and makeup to table decorations was on point to what we had sent through.
You're a wife now! How does it feel to finally tie the knot?
It’s great! The best feeling.
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
Bali island, several locations.
Any advice for our brides-to-be?
It’s a day just for you and your partner. Listen to your instincts to what you want it to be. The day goes so quick to make sure you take time out from people to have alone.
