How was your experience as a Forever Soles bride?
Amazing. I found the purchase process and experience really seamless!
Which shoes did you wear for your wedding?
I wore the Passion Rust Heels in the shorter heel!
What was your favourite thing about your shoes?
I LOVED my shoes. I wanted something fun and didn’t want white shoes as I knew I’d never wear them again. I loved the pop of colour they gave the whole look and they completely fitted the vibe of the day! Also they were SO comfy!!
How did you and your husband meet?
My husband and I met in high school! We were in class together in year nine and have been together ever since!
How long have you been together and how did he propose?
We have been together just over ten years. The proposal was beautiful. Jordan organised a surprise weekend away in an Airbnb in Warburton (VIC) and made a big cheese platter (my favourite) and had the ring that he had custom designed on the board too!
What is the most amazing thing about your man?
Jordan is the most thoughtful and selfless person I have ever met.
How would you describe your wedding in one word?
PERFECT. Honestly, I can't put into words how amazing it was!
What is your favourite memory from your wedding?
My favourite memory was probably the first look or the ceremony. Our celebrant did such a beautiful job of telling our story and we were laughing and crying through the whole thing!
Where was your wedding located? What made you choose this location?
Our wedding was at a venue called The Farm in Warrandyte in the Yarra Valley. We chose this venue because when we went to visit we immediately knew it was the place for us to get married. It is such a beautiful location and made the perfect atmosphere for the day.
Who created your gorgeous gown?
Made with Love! They have such beautiful gowns. The dress I wore was the first ever wedding dress I tried on.
You're a wife now! How does it feel to finally tie the knot?
To be honest I feel exactly the same as I did before! Jordan and I already had such a beautiful foundation but it feels really amazing to have been able to celebrate that with all our loved ones.
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
We went to North Queensland and spent time in port Douglas, palm cove and cape tribulation. It was beautiful!
Any advice for our brides-to-be?
ENJOY THE PROCESS! Honestly it goes so quickly and as soon as it’s over you’ll wish you could do it again! Don’t sweat the small stuff, work out what’s most important to you and try not to get caught up on the things that aren’t.
