How was your experience as a Forever Soles bride?
Amazing! I really wanted my shoes to be comfortable AND fashionable because I knew they'd be visible in my dress. My Destiny Sandals were absolutely perfect!
Which shoes did you wear for your wedding? What was your favourite thing about your shoes?
The Destiny Sandals. How they perfectly paired with my Grace Loves Lace Darling dress!
How did you and your husband meet?
I went on a yoga retreat in Portugal where I met one of my husband's (future) groomsmen. He introduced us when we got back home, and the rest is history!
How long have you been together and how did he propose?
We've been together for four years. He proposed on the dock at the lake house we bought together during the pandemic. He set up a camera to grab a photo of us because he knew I would be so excited I wouldn't remember it. It was perfect and I was completely surprised!
What is the most amazing thing about your man?
He's the most patient and genuinely kind person I've ever met. He will go out of his way just to make someone's day better, even when it's inconvenient for him.
How would you describe your wedding in one word?
Flawless.
What is your favourite memory from your wedding?
Exchanging our vows. We wrote them ourselves, and it really made the wedding so personal for me.
Where was your wedding located? What made you choose this location?
The Cliff House in Cape Neddick, Maine. We chose it because the backdrop is just breathtaking!
Who created your gorgeous gown?
Grace Loves Lace. I wore the Darling gown and she was a dream. My after-party/dancing dress was by Nadine Merabi, I wore the Sadie in white and it was so fun!
You're a wife now! How does it feel to finally tie the knot?
It feels official! We love reminiscing about our big day. Watching back the videos and going through the photos has been so fun!
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
We went to Greece for 12 days and it was everything we dreamt it would be! We split our time between Milos and Folegandros, both islands were uniquely beautiful.
Any advice for our brides-to-be?
Accept that something likely won't go as planned on your wedding day, and let it go now. It's so important to soak in every moment and not sweat the small stuff; It really is over in the blink of an eye!
