The Platforms are a comfortable fit for a regular width foot. Ideally the shoe should fit with a little extra room to avoid tightness and blisters wearing the shoes for a long day. Feet can swell when standing for long periods of time and on warm days.
On the odd occasion when fit is amiss, we will exchange or refund without question.

USA Tariffs
Due to U.S. import tariffs on footwear, duties and taxes are very high. These are collected by U.S. Customs and are not included in your order total. They are also non-refundable if you return your shoes.
Order Cancellations

Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.
Delivery disclaimer
- While we strive to meet estimated shipping timeframes, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are beyond our control. These delays may include tracking information not updating even when your order is en route.
- Peak periods and holidays may impact delivery times.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Responsibility for your order transfers to you upon receipt.
- Uncollected parcels redirected to the post office must be collected within 4-5 business days. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and a $20 return postage fee will apply. Refunds for uncollected items will exclude this fee.
