How was your experience as a Forever Soles bride?
So perfect, my shoes stayed on all night, even for dancing and were so comfy. I got tons of compliments on them and will totally be finding an event to wear them to again!
Which shoes did you wear for your wedding? What was your favourite thing about your shoes?
Melody Low Heels in Ivory! The little daisies - they're so dainty and whimsical without being overpowering. They are just stunning and the ribbons are the perfect touch of femininity!
How did you and your husband meet?
We met through friends of friends way back in 2016! We became two peas in a pod pretty quickly and the rest is history!
How long have you been together and how did he propose?
We have been together about 8 years now! Since I was only 18! He proposed on valentines day at a restaurant by the docks, it was intimate and just so special.
What is the most amazing thing about your man?
The way he looks after me, he never fails to be there when I need him and is constantly making me laugh. He is my shining light in any storm.
How would you describe your wedding in one word?
Magical, whimsical, and fun! Everything was perfect and we danced all night. I am so thankful my amazing photographer captured it all for me to look back on so I could focus on enjoying it in the moment! It really does fly by and all the worries you had going into it just melt away!
What is your favourite memory from your wedding?
Doing tequila shots with my new husband at the bar, listening to my family's hilarious and heartfelt speeches, and getting ready with my girls in the morning full of excitement and anticipation!
Where was your wedding located? What made you choose this location?
Markovina vineyard estate in Kumeu. Not only the fact that they are a beautiful garden venue with amazing scenery, they are also just so good at what they do. Weddings are their passion and they made the whole process a breeze from day one. I barely lifted a finger on the day, they had everything running like clockwork.
Who created your gorgeous gown?
My gown was from Jessica Couture in Newmarket
Are there any other suppliers that you can share with the brides-to-be in your are?

You're a wife now! How does it feel to finally tie the knot?
Just perfect, our day was so magical and we are overwhelmed with love and support. We are now blessed with a new family member coming in Jan, so our joy just keeps multiplying.
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
We went to Fiji! Cant recommend it enough! Nice and close to NZ, but tropical enough to make you feel oh so far away. The drinks are strong, the music is loud and the vibes are so relaxed!
Any advice for our brides-to-be?
Stand by your choices, you know you better than anyone. Its your day, let yourself just enjoy it and make those memories with your friends and family!
