The Inn at Huntingfield Creek in Rock Hall Maryland USA

What’s your husbands name?
Mikey Cafarelli (now Bevarelli- we both changed our names)

Who created your gorgeous gown?
Dress is Needle & Thread
Headband and veil were created by myself

What is one word that would best describe your wedding?
US

What is the most amazing thing about your man?
He gives his heart so openly and freely. We are both actors so we are both very empathetic. I love that Mikey isn't afraid or ashamed to share his emotions with me and the world.

What was the most challenging part of organising a wedding?
Wedding planning was not easy for me at all. It was a very stressful time with lots of challenges. If I had to pick one it would be dealing with other people's opinions of what our wedding should be. Mikey and I are very creative artistic people and we wanted our wedding to reflect that. We don't really fit the mould so we didn't think that having a traditional wedding was the right direction for us. We were married outside by my aunt. We wrote our own ceremony. We had a hawk be the ring bearer. We sang during our own ceremony and had others sing as well with the help of a friend on piano. We played only retro music during the reception. We had karaoke. We served cookies instead of a cake. And on top of all that I wore pink dress and Mikey wore a tailcoat! Planning all of this seemed so natural to us but we ran into so many roadblocks with vendors and family alike trying to steer us in a more traditional route but I'm so glad that we had the wedding we did.

Any funny moments?
We had a hawk as our surprise ring bearer! We created a fake scene in the middle of our ceremony where we "lost" the rings. Mikey and I started chastising the best man (he was in on it). I subtly grabbed a falconer's glove and said "oh do I have to do everything myself!" and a hawk flew to my hand with the Rings in tow! Besides people's reactions, the funniest part about this was that I was looking down the aisle waiting for the bird to come and he was heading straight for my friend's head in the back row and he just missed it!

What was your aisle song?
Not sure if this is different in the US but we do first dances. Ours was to "Always" sung by Mandy Patinkin.
But I walked down the aisle to Phantom of the Opera both the overture and "Think of Me"

What is one scene in the wedding that will forever be in your memory?
Oh there are so many! I will never forget holding my Aunts hand, who officiated our wedding, and looking into Mikey's eyes as we listened to our friends sing during the ceremony. Everything made sense.

How was your experience as a Forever Soles bride?
Honestly Forever Soles was the easiest part of my wedding planning. I had come across the website before I even picked out my dress and I bookmarked it. Then once I had the dress figured out I knew where to go! So I picked up the world's most perfect comfortable shoe and it came quickly in the mail. It was so easy that my mom, who was struggling to find shoes for months, saw my shoe on a visit and decided to order from Forever Soles as well! We both got so many compliments on the wedding weekend! They were the only shoe I packed and I put different barefoot sandals on top for different outfits!
