The Vow boots are a comfortable fit for a regular width foot. If you have a wider foot please size up. We recommend wearing the shoe around prior to your special occasion to help soften the leather.
On the odd occasion when fit is amiss, we will exchange or refund without question.
Shipping Fees
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
- Standard Shipping Fees:
- $10 for one pair
- $18 for two pairs
- $22 for three or more pairs
- Express Post: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight.
- Shipping Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days from dispatch.*
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days from dispatch.*
*Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods like Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.
- Important Notes:
- Australia Post can experience delays, which are beyond our control. These delays may include tracking information not updating even when your order is en route.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Responsibility for your order transfers to you upon receipt.
- Uncollected parcels redirected to the post office must be collected within 4-5 business days. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and a $20 return postage fee will apply. Refunds for uncollected items will exclude this fee.

Absolutely amazing pair of shoes. I'm a sucker for velvet and I'm also very fussy on shoes.
My wedding is upcoming, in the country in winter. These match my dress perfectly and wet weather or dry they'll keep my feet warm all day.
Additionally, I needed something that made me feel safe to walk in, as I have a hip replacement. Due to the thick heel, I able to walk no issues, and they're so comfy as well, something i can wear all day with no issues.
I also am able to pair these with dresses and other outfit for work which becomes a bonus for after the wedding.
Highly recommend & Absolutely love. Well worth the money. Photos don't do justice to them, sorry!
