Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. As much as we would love to help, we work with a fulfilment centre that takes pride in fast shipping. It is not logistically possible to change or cancel an order once it has processed through checkout.

No further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

How long will my order take to be shipped?

If the style is in stock we can ship it within 1-2 business days. All our orders are shipped from our Melbourne, VIC warehouse.

FINAL SALE items

Products marked 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit. Please get in touch if you need assistance with sizing before you purchase these items. We are happy to help you with finding the right fit before you buy.

Faulty product

We request you to contact us via email and send a photo of your item for us to help resolve the problem.

How are the shoes sized?

All sizes are based on standard shoe sizing but all brands are different! After selling many pairs of shoes to our customers we feel the best way to select the best shoe size is to select the size you normally wear in similar shoes (not sneakers or birks!) We strongly advise to measure your foot and then check the product page to ensure you are choosing the right size. If you have any questions about sizing please feel free to contact us.

What if my shoes don't fit properly?

What happens if I don't like the shoe once it arrives?

How much duty and taxes will I have to pay?

Customs policies vary from country to country; we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Forever Soles will declare FULL value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately we cannot put a lower value on the parcel. 

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

Australia wide: It will take up to 2-7 days for you to receive your order once it has been shipped. Our head office is located in a remote area, so it takes the postal service longer to get the orders out.

Where are you located?

Our head office is in East Ballina, NSW Australia and our new fulfilment centre is in Melbourne, VIC Australia.

How are the products made?

The Forever Soles shoes and jewellery are all designed from scratch in our East Ballina studio and sent off-shore to be manufactured. The designs go through a quality and approval process for several weeks (sometimes months!) and are returned to us where the details are adjusted to perfection. Each technical specialist works to ensure the highest quality finish at every step.

We are conscious of our ethical impact and choose suppliers that are 100% accredited (SEDEX audited) with their manufacturing process and give back to their workers and communities. 

All designs are carefully checked for quality defects, then packed into tissue paper, a Forever Soles calico gift bag and sent to you in a strong postage bag for protection.
