How was your experience as a Forever Soles bride?

The excitement was real, and I couldn't wait to finally put on the shoes.

I had admired the Melody shoes before and when it came to my wedding, I knew I definitely wanted to wear them as bridal shoes.

Which shoes did you wear for your wedding?

The Melody Low Heels in Ivory.

What was your favourite thing about your shoes?

The details, for sure. I love love love the flower shaped pearls. One in a million & perfect match for the charm of the Moselle region.

How did you meet your partner?

We met over work, years ago, but our relationship didn't begin until much later.

How long have you been together and how did they propose?

Over 4 years.

The proposal took place in Traben-Trarbach, a beautiful and picturesque town in Germany's Moselle Wine Region, a place that holds a very special meaning for us.

To be precise, he proposed at the '4 Meters' sign by the Brückentor (a bridge gate). What started as a memorable spot for our engagement later became a charming and funny symbol throughout both our engagement and our wedding.

What is the most amazing thing about your person?

His unconditional love and remarkable intelligence.

I love us & our deep connection!

A perfect mixture of silly moments and meaningful togetherness.

How would you describe your wedding in one word?

MAGICAL. Or in German: "toll toll toll!" haha! It is one word, but you need to say it three times.

What is your favourite memory from your wedding?

The most personal ceremony imaginable, beautifully held by my best friend. Hearing her words and my husband's vows?

Pure goosebumps, phew!

Where was your wedding located? What made you choose this location?

In Traben-Trarbach, Germany: the place that holds a special place in our hearts and where many of our most cherished memories were made. It was there that we first said 'I love you,' where the proposal took place, and where we spent many moments enjoying nature, discovering culinary delights, and dreaming about the life we would build together.

Who created your gorgeous gown?

My wedding dress was from Amorely Brautmoden.

You're a wife now! How does it feel to finally tie the knot?

Like having both roots & wings!

Where did you go on your honeymoon?

The beautiful Alsace region in France.

Any advice for our brides-to-be?

Even though planning a wedding is a lot of work: Plan your wedding in a way that makes you happy.

It shouldn’t feel like a stressful project but like an exciting time.

it should be something you genuinely enjoy! Be great hosts, but most importantly, be guests at your own wedding. Stay present, take it all in, and allow yourselves to truly enjoy every moment. Do it for yourself as a couple, but surrounded by the people you love!
