How was your experience as a Forever Soles bride?

Amazing, I am very glad I found Forever Soles, such beautiful shoes, I’ll definitely keep them and wear them out to our anniversary dinner each year.

Which shoes did you wear for your wedding? What was your favourite thing about your shoes?

The Daisy leather pearl flower heels in Ivory. They were so pretty and so comfortable. I wore them all day and night! I had back up shoes just incase I got blisters but I didn’t need them which was fabulous.

How did you meet?

We meet in our college classroom, we were study buddies and friends first for almost a year.

How long have you been together and how did they propose?

We have been together officially 4 years, Jamie proposed on top of slops at Perisher NSW while we were on a snowboarding holiday. It was so romantic and fun, I love that afterwards we got to go down the hill together couldn’t wipe the smile off our faces.

What is the most amazing thing about your person?

His warm and caring nature, he is so supportive.

How would you describe your wedding in one word?

Magical.

What is your favourite memory from your wedding?

The confetti toss and dip kiss walking back down the aisle after just married, that was such a fun celebration with everyone cheering It was an amazing feeling then we got a little alone time while waiting for the group photo to be organised it was lovely to soak up that just married feeling.

Where was your wedding located? What made you choose this location?

Tyalgum Ridge Retreat, Tyalgum NSW. Our close family friends own the property and I have been going there to visit them for about 20 years, it has the most beautiful backdrop of the hinterland and mountains, we both love country style and earthly settings so it was perfect for us.

Who created your gorgeous gown?

Tania Olsen Bridal an Australian designer and I bought the dress from The Bridal Company.

You're a wife now! How does it feel to finally tie the knot?

At first it was like a dream, it took awhile to sink in but I feel incredibly blessed and so very happy. Still getting used to being called Mrs Wilson and Wifey but I absolutely love it!

Where did you go on your honeymoon?

We had a Mini Moon up in the hinterland on the Gold Coast called Beechmont at a cute AirBnB on a stunning property with horses, a fire pit, huge bathtub and a wood fire pizza over, peaceful and relaxing. Beechmont is where we had our first date riding here on his motorcycle. Then we are planning a snowboard trip to Japan in 26/27 season.

Any advice for our brides-to-be?

Enjoy the moment rather than stressing the small details or worrying about others expectations.
