If you change your mind, you have 30 days after receiving your order to get your initiate your return and pop them in the post. 

Items must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition – be cautious when trying on to prevent damaging leather soles.

Items purchased with a promotional discount code can still be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit (valid for 3 years) if returned within 30 days.

Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, as stated in our returns policy.

RETURN FEES

Customers are responsible for their own return postage costs.

EXCHANGE

Simply place a new order for your preferred size, and return your original pair for a refund. This ensures you get your new shoes quickly and hassle-free!

SIZE REFUNDS

Want to order and try on two sizes? Purchase two sizes and return whichever doesn't fit for a refund, even if purchased on sale. 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • PLEASE REMOVE the original invoice from parcel packaging.
  • PLEASE INCLUDE your name and order number somewhere on the parcel for your return to be identified.
  • Shoes must not be returned with dirty soles– be cautious when trying on to prevent marking soles. If soles are returned marked you will be contacted by customer service and a cleaning fee will be requested. This can vary in percentage cost depending on damage. Please understand we need to keep shoes pristine for next customer.
  • Please make sure the tissue paper and little shoe bags are included in return to keep the shoe as safe in transit as possible. We need all shoe packaging back.
  • Please return the shoes as you opened them with buckles and clasps done up. 
  • Damaged boxes will be charged a $5 box replacement fee.

FAULTY ITEMS 

We apologise if you receive anything that is less than perfect. We have a 3 month faulty claim period. Please note, this excludes general wear and tear. To arrange a return on a faulty, please access our returns portal below with photos so we can assist you in arranging your return.

PROCESSING TIME

While we endeavour to process returns daily, please allow up to 5 days for processing once your return arrives to our warehouse.
