The Daisy heels are a comfortable fit for a regular width foot. If you are in between sizes or have a wider foot please size up. Keep in mind this design has an almond shaped toe which can make the shoe shape feel tight if you have a wider foot. Ideally the shoe should fit with a little extra room to avoid tightness and blisters wearing the shoes for a long day. Feet can swell when standing for long periods of time and on warm days. We recommend wearing the shoe around prior to your special occasion to help soften the leather.
On the odd occasion when fit is amiss, we will exchange or refund without question.
Shipping Fees
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
- Standard Shipping Fees:
- $10 for one pair
- $18 for two pairs
- $22 for three or more pairs
- Express Post: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight.
- Shipping Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days from dispatch.*
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days from dispatch.*
*Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods like Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.
- Important Notes:
- Australia Post can experience delays, which are beyond our control. These delays may include tracking information not updating even when your order is en route.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Responsibility for your order transfers to you upon receipt.
- Uncollected parcels redirected to the post office must be collected within 4-5 business days. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and a $20 return postage fee will apply. Refunds for uncollected items will exclude this fee.

For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total at checkout.

- Any customs-related fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to return the item.
- If a parcel is refused or customs fees remain unpaid, the package may be abandoned or returned to us. If the package is returned, an administrative fee of $100 AUD will be deducted from your refund to cover additional shipping and processing costs.

Absolutely in love with my daisy heels. As soon as I saw these, I knew they were the shoes I wanted to wear on my wedding day. I won’t be wearing them until next year, but when I put them on I instantly felt like I was walking on a cloud. These are the comfiest heels I’ve ever owned and I can tell they’ll hold up all day. I'd been considering purchasing the Daisy Heels for months and finally decided to bite the bullet to wear them for my bridal shower. I can't believe how soft and comfortable they are. I'm glad I measured my feet and followed the sizing chart as I'm usually a size 7 but got these in a size 8 and they fit perfectly. I do have a wider foot also. My tip for anyone with this style is that if you have a wider foot your little toe may not sit under the front strap as mine tries to poke out in the gap between the front and rear strap. Not an issue just something I noticed with my fit. I've gone on to purchase 2 more styles for Forever Soles and also love both of those so if you're thinking about if they are worth the money 100% they are.
