AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

• Standard Shipping Fees:
• $10 for one pair
• $18 for two pairs
• $22 for three or more pairs
• Express Post: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight.
• Shipping Timeframes:
• Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days from dispatch.*
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days from dispatch.*

*Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods like Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.

• Important Notes:
• Australia Post can experience delays, which are beyond our control. These delays may include tracking information not updating even when your order is en route.
• A signature is required upon delivery. Responsibility for your order transfers to you upon receipt.
• Uncollected parcels redirected to the post office must be collected within 4-5 business days. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and a $20 return postage fee will apply. Refunds for uncollected items will exclude this fee.

International Duties and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total at checkout.

Important Details:

• You, the customer, are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and fees required by your country's customs agency to release your parcel.
• Any customs-related fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to return the item.
• If a parcel is refused or customs fees remain unpaid, the package may be abandoned or returned to us. If the package is returned, an administrative fee of $100 AUD will be deducted from your refund to cover additional shipping and processing costs.
