As we're a small, family-focused business, orders are packed and dispatched once or twice each week. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.

For peace of mind, we recommend ordering well ahead of your wedding date to allow plenty of time for delivery and, if needed, an exchange.

Australia

Standard Shipping

• 1 item: $10

• 2 items: $18

• 3+ items: $28

• Delivery: 4–7 business days

Express Shipping

• 1 pair: $20

• Additional pairs: calculated by weight at checkout

• Delivery: 1–3 business days

DHL Express & Australia Post Express

• Costs are calculated at checkout (based on weight and destination)

• Delivery: approx. 3–10 business days from dispatch

International Duties and Taxes

USA orders, duties and tax have been included in your checkout price.

For international orders (exluding USA), please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total at checkout.

We understand that ordering from an Australian based company creates a couple of extra hurdles for you. We cannot thank you enough for supporting our small business through this - we hope you agree our designs are worth it!⁠

International Tariffs (excludes USA)

Important Details:

• You, the customer, are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and fees required by your country's customs agency to release your parcel.
• Any customs-related fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to return the item.
• If a parcel is refused or customs fees remain unpaid, the package may be abandoned or returned to us. If the package is returned, an administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover additional shipping and processing costs. 

We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an international order to ensure you're aware of any applicable charges. 

USA Tariffs

Due to current U.S. import tariffs on footwear, duties and taxes apply to all orders shipped to the United States.

To make the process easier for our customers, these charges are now calculated and collected at checkout. This means you won’t receive a separate customs invoice from DHL or U.S. Customs before delivery.

Please note that duties and taxes are set by U.S. Customs and are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Order Cancellations

We work with an incredible team to pack and fulfil orders fast. For this reason we do not accept cancellations after placing the order. Please reach out asap if you need help on your order and we will do our very best to intercept the shipment if it has not left. Email us at: info@foreversoles.com.

Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.

Delivery disclaimer

• While we strive to meet estimated shipping timeframes, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are beyond our control. These delays may include tracking information not updating even when your order is en route.
• Peak periods and holidays may impact delivery times.
  
• A signature is required upon delivery. Responsibility for your order transfers to you upon receipt.
• Uncollected parcels redirected to the post office must be collected within 4-5 business days. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and a $20 return postage fee will apply. Refunds for uncollected items will exclude this fee.
