Our model is a size 38 regular width foot. This shoe runs small. Please size up if you are in between sizes.
The Divine heels are a comfortable fit for a narrow or regular width foot. If you have a wider foot please consider an alternative design here. We recommend wearing the shoe around prior to your special occasion to help soften the leather.
On the odd occasion when fit is amiss, we will exchange or refund without question.

International Express Delivery 3-6 business days. Costs calculated at checkout.
REST OF WORLD costs calculated at checkout. Shipped within 3-8 business days International Express.
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are not refundable upon return.
RETURN INFO
Unsure of sizing? Why not order and try on two sizes? Purchase two sizes and return whichever doesn't fit for a refund, even if purchased on sale.
Full-price items can be returned for a refund, exchange or online store credit. Online store credit is valid for 3 years.
Sale items can be returned for an exchange or online store credit unless purchasing to try on for size.
Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

Orders placed before 11am AEST are dispatched the same business day, anything after 11am is next business day. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.
Delivery disclaimer
- While we strive to meet estimated shipping timeframes, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are beyond our control. These delays may include tracking information not updating even when your order is en route.
- Peak periods and holidays may impact delivery times.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Responsibility for your order transfers to you upon receipt.
- Uncollected parcels redirected to the post office must be collected within 4-5 business days. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and a $20 return postage fee will apply. Refunds for uncollected items will exclude this fee.
