Order Fulfilment
Orders placed before 11am AEST are dispatched the same business day, anything after 11am is next business day. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

Express Post:
- $20 one one pair
- Additional pairs calculated at checkout based on the order weight
Shipping Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days from dispatch
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days from dispatch

INTERNATIONAL
- Costs are calculated at checkout. Please be aware of duties and taxes in your country as these are not included in checkout

For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total at checkout.

USA Tariffs
We are currently unable to ship directly to the United States due to new import laws. Please join our mailing list for updates.

- Any customs-related fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to return the item.

Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.
Delivery disclaimer
- While we strive to meet estimated shipping timeframes, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are beyond our control. These delays may include tracking information not updating even when your order is en route.
- Peak periods and holidays may impact delivery times.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Responsibility for your order transfers to you upon receipt.
- Uncollected parcels redirected to the post office must be collected within 4-5 business days. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and a $20 return postage fee will apply. Refunds for uncollected items will exclude this fee.
