The Kindred heels are a comfortable fit for a regular width foot. Keep in mind this design has an almond shaped toe which can feel slightly narrow for a wider foot shape. Ideally the shoe should fit with a little extra room to avoid tightness and blisters wearing the shoes for a long day. Feet can swell when standing for long periods of time and on warm days. We recommend wearing the shoe around prior to your special occasion to help soften the leather.
On the odd occasion when fit is amiss, we will exchange or refund without question.

Standard shipping in Australia is a flat rate for all orders of:

REST OF WORLD costs calculated at checkout. Shipped within 3-8 business days International Express.
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are not refundable upon return.

Unsure of sizing? Why not order and try on two sizes? Purchase two sizes and return whichever doesn't fit for a refund, even if purchased on sale.
Full-price items can be returned for a refund, exchange or online store credit. Online store credit is valid for 3 years.
Sale items can be returned for an exchange or online store credit unless purchasing to try on for size.
Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days from dispatch.*
*Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods like Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.
- Important Notes:
- Australia Post can experience delays, which are beyond our control. These delays may include tracking information not updating even when your order is en route.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Responsibility for your order transfers to you upon receipt.
- Uncollected parcels redirected to the post office must be collected within 4-5 business days. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and a $20 return postage fee will apply. Refunds for uncollected items will exclude this fee.
