How was your experience as a Forever Soles bride?

I found Forever soles even before I got engaged and bookmarked them for the future, once I got engaged I end up buying them before my dress! I just knew they were the perfect shoe for me!

Which shoes did you wear for your wedding?

I wore both the Melody Low Heels in Ivory (Reception) and the Daisy Heels (For ceremony)

What was your favourite thing about your shoes?

How comfortable they were! I wore them all day and all night!!

How did you and your husband meet?

We met on Bumble! He had been dog-sitting for a friend and we started talking, I had limited my search to only 5kms on the apps but little did I know he actually lived over 50kms away! We stil went on a date and I

How long have you been together and how did he propose?

We're been together for 3 years and he proposed a week before our 1 year anniversary at home on a rainy day. We were travelling to Singapore the next week and I had a feeling it would have happened then but he totally surprised me!

What is the most amazing thing about your man?

He's so kind and thoughtful. Each afternoon when I drive into our driveway, he'll be standing there with a big grin on his face, to welcome me home.

How would you describe your wedding in one word?

Perfection (for us)

What is your favourite memory from your wedding?

Walking into our reception for the first time and seeing the magic our team had created. It made me cry!

Where was your wedding located? What made you choose this location?

We chose Osteria in Casuarina, NSW. It was one of the first locations we chose and fell in love with it, the reviews on the food and the all in one location made it perfect for us.

Who created your gorgeous gown?

My ceremony dress was a Madi Lane Gown from Luv Bridal & my reception dress was from Needle & Thread London.

You're a wife now! How does it feel to finally tie the knot?

To be honest, it feels the exact same, after 18 months of planning a wedding it's nice to not have to think about the wedding process but I'd do it all again in a heartbeat. I can't believe how amazing our day was and glad we have amazing memories to look back on.

Where did you go on your honeymoon?

We left on our honeymoon two days after the wedding and went to Turtle Island located in Fiji, another amazing experience and highly recommend it to other honeymoon couples.

Any advice for our brides-to-be?

Allow in your budget for a wedding planner or on-the-day coordinator. We hired the team from Ivy & Bleu and we truly believe our wedding wouldn't have been as amazing, and stress-free as what it was without Emmagen and the team.
