How was your experience as a Forever Soles bride?

Which shoes did you wear for your wedding? What was your favourite thing about your shoes?
The Odyssey Glitter Heels. They are SO comfy! I’ve gone on to purchase more pairs since.
How did you and your husband meet?
We met over five years ago and it just clicked from the start. It was in March 2020 when COVID-19 was starting to lockdown the world, we had both downloaded a dating app and met over the first week of the lockdown. Instead of texting, I called him, and our conversation never stopped!
How long have you been together and how did he propose?
We’ve been together nearly five years. He proposed in at a private template in northern Bali during a private dinner that he had organised! It was magical!
What is the most amazing thing about your man?
He’s incredibly supportive, kind, and always knows how to make me laugh, through everything life throws at us.
How would you describe your wedding in one word?
Magical!
What is your favourite memory from your wedding?
Honestly, seeing all of our loved ones in one room and feeling the overwhelming love and support around us - it was surreal and so emotional.
Where was your wedding located? What made you choose this location?
It was in New Zealand, on Waiheke Island; a vineyard called Tantalus. We chose it for the scenery, the vibe, and the fact it felt like the perfect place to gather our closest family and friends.
Who created your gorgeous gown?
You're a wife now! How does it feel to finally tie the knot?
It feels amazing! Like the start of a whole new chapter, and honestly, even better than I imagined.
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
We have waited until our one-year anniversary for our honeymoon - currently we're planning it for the UK, France and Italy!
Any advice for our brides-to-be?
Focus on what matters to you and your partner, and remember to soak up every moment - it truly goes by so fast!
