How was your experience as a Forever Soles bride?

It was amazing! My friend, who was also planning a wedding, showed me your shoes and I fell in love!

Which shoes did you wear for your wedding? What was your favourite thing about your shoes?

I wore the Melody Low Heels. I loved how comfortable the shoes were and how unique they looked. The subtle pink was perfect with my colours and vision for our wedding.

How did you and your husband meet?

Nick and I met at Washington State University. We were friends for a couple years before starting to date my junior year.

How long have you been together and how did he propose?

We have been together 8 years! He proposed in August of 2020 on a hike near where we live. It was beautiful and very secluded so it could just be us.

What is the most amazing thing about your man?

Nick is very thoughtful and is always trying to do what is best for our little family. He is my favourite person to be around.

How would you describe your wedding in one word?

Magical

What is your favourite memory from your wedding?

My favourite memory was our first look. I was so nervous getting ready that morning and immediately when I saw Nick, all my nerves disappeared.

Where was your wedding located? What made you choose this location?

Our wedding was located at North Fork Farm Events in Snoqualmie, Washington. We chose this location because the mountain behind the venue is the same mountain that our house looks at. It's a special place to us.

Who created your gorgeous gown?

Sarah Seven and I bought it through The Dress Theory.

You're a wife now! How does it feel to finally tie the knot?

It feels amazing! It was a long time coming and I am so happy to be married to my best friend!

Where did you go on your honeymoon?

We ended up going to Walla Walla, Washington for a few days. We had a different honeymoon planned but my husband broke his ankle 3 weeks before our wedding. We had to cancel our original honeymoon because it was too active. We had a great time in Walla Walla, wine tasting and eating amazing food! We will be rescheduling our original honeymoon some day.

Any advice for our brides-to-be?

Be in the moment. You spent so much time planning this day and now you get to sit back and enjoy it. Don't let the little things that go wrong ruin it for you because something will go wrong.
