SARAH WEARS OUR MELODY LOW HEELS
Photography by Jade Maguire
How was your experience as a Forever Soles bride?
Great! I reached out beforehand about the measurement process and got a really fast response, and everyone was so helpful.
Which shoes did you wear for your wedding? What was your favourite thing about your shoes?
The Melody Low Heels. They were just beautiful and complimented my dress so perfectly. I originally didn't think I was too fussy about what shoes I wanted for my wedding day but as soon as I saw the Melody heels I knew I couldn't have anything else!
How did you and your husband meet?
I moved to Liverpool, and we actually met up on the day I moved here; we haven't really been apart since then.
How long have you been together and how did he propose?
We've been together for 6 years now, he proposed in a beautiful Chrrismassy setting in Bath in the UK - he had been trying to get us to Iceland for a while but Covid affected his plans.
What is the most amazing thing about your man?
He makes me laugh every day and we just genuinely love nothing more than spending time with each other.
How would you describe your wedding in one word?
Fun!
What is your favourite memory from your wedding?
Dancing all night with all of our favourite people around us.
Where was your wedding located? What made you choose this location?
In Liverpool at a place called The Baltic Hotel, when we first moved in together we lived not far from an area in Liverpool called the Baltic Triangle, we love music and the laid back atmosphere around there just suited us perfectly, so when the hotel opened there it was an easy decision.
Who created your gorgeous gown?
I purchased it from Along Came Eve in Chester - the make is Wtoo Watters (Halliday)
Any other suppliers you can refer to brides-to-be in your area?
My beautiful flowers were from Rock and Meadow, My headpiece was from Honey and Ember, makeup was Hannah Carson, and my hair by Charlotte Medford.
You're a wife now! How does it feel to finally tie the knot?
It feels strange saying wife and husband! But it's a nice feeling!
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
We went on a mini-moon to Verona and Venice and then Bali for our full Honeymoon, which we're still reminiscing over.
Any advice for our brides-to-be?
Everyone says it, but something will always go wrong on the day or not as perfectly despite your best planning! Just try to embrace it and go with the flow, and enjoy your day - no one else cares!
