The Passion heels are a comfortable fit for a regular width foot. If you are in between sizes or have a wider foot please size up. Keep in mind this design has an almond shaped toe which can make the shoe shape feel tight if you have a wider foot. We recommend wearing the shoe around prior to your special occasion to help soften the leather.
On the odd occasion when fit is amiss, we will exchange or refund without question.
Shipping Fees
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
- Standard Shipping Fees:
- $10 for one pair
- $18 for two pairs
- $22 for three or more pairs
- Express Post: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight.
- Shipping Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days from dispatch.*
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days from dispatch.*
*Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods like Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.
- Important Notes:
- Australia Post can experience delays, which are beyond our control. These delays may include tracking information not updating even when your order is en route.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Responsibility for your order transfers to you upon receipt.
- Uncollected parcels redirected to the post office must be collected within 4-5 business days. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and a $20 return postage fee will apply. Refunds for uncollected items will exclude this fee.

I so looked forward to receiving my shoes that I was afraid no shoe could live up to my expectations. When I received my shoes last week, I almost started crying. Heels are cute and made well, I love the emerald green and was looking forward to wearing them during my wedding. I’m always a true US 6 and this one was a half size too big. Unfortunately with the shipping prices being so steep it’s not feasible to exchange the shoe. I will have give them away.
